At Canada Goose Generations, we are committed to extending the lifecycle of our products through a seamless return process for all pre-loved items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery provided the item remains in its original sold condition with all Generations tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your Generations account and visit the order history page to select the items you wish to return and generate a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all authentication tags and any included accessories are enclosed to maintain return eligibility.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item matches its original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
